1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging ReclaimGuard’s services, you confirm and agree to the following:

• Provide accurate and lawful evidence of ownership for lost or stolen assets.
• Permit us to use forensic tools and investigative techniques to trace transactions and pursue recovery.
• Submit necessary Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and cooperate fully with due diligence procedures.
• Cover any blockchain network or bank processing fees associated with the recovery of your assets.
• Pay an escrow deposit of up to 10 percent of the claimed value for complex cases. This deposit is fully refunded upon successful recovery or if recovery is deemed impossible.
• Understand that our compensation is success‑based and no recovery fees are charged until funds have been returned. Administrative fees may apply for document handling and case preparation.

2. Description of Services

ReclaimGuard provides consultation, administrative guidance and recovery assistance to victims of online fraud. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation. Our services include:

• Case assessment and investigative research.
• Preparation of reports and complaints for banks, exchanges and regulators.
• Blockchain forensic analysis to identify transaction flows and responsible parties.
• Co‑ordination with law enforcement and legal advisors when appropriate.

3. No Guarantee of Recovery

While we work diligently to assist you, we make no guarantees or warranties regarding the outcome of any case. Recovery depends on many factors including the nature of the fraud, cooperation of institutions and the availability of evidence.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees actually paid for our services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
